Yuan Fang is currently a postdoctoral fellow at VIP lab of the Department of systems design engineering. Her research interests include remote sensing image processing, hyperspectral imaging, machine learning and environmental monitoring. She received the B.Eng. and M.Sc. degrees in geomatics engineering from China University of Geosciences, Beijing, China, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. She received her Ph.D. degree from the University of Waterloo, ON, Canada in 2022.

Yuhao Chen was a postdoctoral fellow at the Vision and Image Processing Lab (VIP) in systems design engineering at university of Waterloo from 2020-2023. He obtained his B.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 2015 and 2019, respectively, while being a member of the Video and Image Processing (VIPER) laboratory. With a strong passion for exploring the cutting-edge technologies, Yuhao’s research has been focused on developing computer vision and artificial intelligence solutions for industrial applications, specifically in the fields of precision agriculture, precision health, and precision manufacturing.
