Altis Labs is transforming clinical trials by developing AI-driven surrogate endpoints that help researchers predict drug efficacy more accurately so that cancer patients can access the most effective novel treatments sooner. Our approach utilizes advanced feature engineering, survival modeling, and deep learning techniques, leveraging our proprietary real-world Image, Clinical, and Outcomes Database (rwICO) which contains over 220 million images. In my presentation, I will detail the methodologies employed and demonstrate how our AI solutions offer a significant improvement over traditional surrogates that rely on subjective radiological measurements and have led regulators to demand higher-quality evidence.
