Chris is a Robustness Analysis Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, where he works to anticipate, analyze, and mitigate technical and social failures of machine learning systems.

He completed his M.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo in 2020 as a member of the Vision and Image Processing Lab, supervised by Alexander Wong and David Clausi. His thesis was entitled “Issues in Computer Vision Data Collection: Bias, Consent, and Label Taxonomy.”
