For the VIP Seminar this week, Xinwei Chen will be presenting on AutoICE where members of the VIP Lab succeeded earlier in 2023, winning this challenge.  This was an international competition for sea ice mapping based on SAR (synthetic aperture radar) imagery and ancillary data, a field where the VIP Lab has had a tremendous impact over the years.
