Xinwei Chen received the B.Eng. degree in information engineering from the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, NL, Canada, in 2021. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Department of Systems Design Engineering, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada. His research interests include machine learning and computer vision with applications in remote sensing.
